Ingredients
  

Wet Ingredients

  • 3 cup Pumpkins
  • 6 whole Eggs
  • 3/4 cup Egg White
  • 2 Tblspn Vanilla
  • 9.5 cups Buttermilk

Dry Ingredients

  • 6 Cup Flour, white
  • 1 Cup Flour, Whole wheat
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar, White
  • 1 Tblspn Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Allspice
  • 1/2 Tblspn Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Cloves
  • 3 tsp Salt
  • 3 Tblspn Baking Powder
  • 1.5 tsp Baking Soda

Instructions
 

  • Mix Dry ingredients in one bowl
  • Mix Wet ingredients in one bowl
  • Combine both bowls and whisk until finished
  • Spoon almost a full soup ladle onto the griddle, between 1/3 and 1/4 cup
